The Savings-Based Interest-Free Financing System, with an annual turnover of 25 billion TL, is growing day by day. Companies such as Eminevim, Fuzulev, Birevim, Finansevim, Vakifevim stand out in the system that has helped 1 million people until today. In this system, which makes applicants house owners through solidarity, a kind of ''gold day'' strategy is applied. Groups are formed among the applicants to purchase housing and they are bought one by one. As the number of citizens applying for the interest-free housing system increased, the competition between companies gained speed. Finally, two players of the sector, Finansevim and Vakıfevim, decided to merge. The Chairman of Finansevim Board of Directors, Serdar Kolo, who is a 50 percent shareholder of both institutions, took over the remaining shares and became the sole owner of both institutions. Explaining that they will continue their activities with the Finansevim brand, Kolo said, “We will be the largest company in our market”. There will be 160 BRANCHES.

Serdar Kolo, whom we came together to discuss the sector and the targets of the new period, stated that the number of companies operating in the sector is 27, with 23 companies entering the sector in the last year. Kolo stated that they will increase this to 500 million with the support of funds from the Netherlands. Noting that Finansevim's profit before tax is 22 million TL and that they are the only company that declared profit in its second year, Serdar Kolo said that they will reach 160 branches in total with 100 new branches to be opened. Stating that they are currently one of the 4 largest companies in the sector, Kolo said, "We will be the largest company in the interest-free system in Turkey, considering both the turnover, capital, and the number of branches. Our target for the end of 2020 was a growth of 200 percent. I can say that we will reach this number in the first half of the year with the merger. "

The biggest problem in the INTEREST-FREE housing system is trust. Citizens included in the system want the public to control this market. Sector representatives also agree. Serdar Kolo stated that the process regarding the regulation of the system has accelerated and could be completed at the end of the month. According to the information given by Kolo, both institutional investors at home and abroad and individual investors keep their eyes on the new regulation that will bring the interest-free system. A significant increase in the growth rate of the sector is expected after being subject to public control.

Expressing that the control and supervision of the sector will be ensured with legal status, Kolo said, "We anticipate that the annual turnover of the sector will reach 50 billion liras with the completion of our state's regulation process. Thus, as a sector, we will make an annual contribution of 50 billion to the national economy. When we fully integrate this system into the country's economy, especially with the cooperation that can be formed with our state institutions, it will become the new engine of the economy." Kolo stated that after the regulation, companies producing branded housing will also enter the interest-free finance system. FAİZSİZ konut edinme sistemindeki en büyük sorun ise güven. Sisteme dahil olan vatandaş kamunun bu pazarı denetlemesini istiyor.Sektör temsilcileri de aynı görüşte. Serdar Kolo, sistemin regülasyonuna ilişkin sürecin hızlandığını, ay sonunda tamamlanabileceğini ifade etti. Kolo'nun verdiği bilgilere göre hem yurtiçinde ve yurtdışındaki kurumsal yatırımcıların hem de bireysel yatırımcıların gözü kulağı faizsiz sisteme getirecek yeni düzenlemede. Kamunun denetimine tabi olunmasının ardından sektörün büyüme hızında ciddi artış bekleniyor.

Yasal statüyle sektörün kontrol ve denetiminin sağlanacağını ifade eden Kolo, "Devletimizin regülasyon sürecini tamamlamasıyla birlikte sektörün yıllık cirosunun 50 milyar lira ulaşacağım öngörüyoruz. Böylece sektör olarak ülke ekonomisine yıllık 50 milyarlık bir katkı sağlamış olacağız. Özellikle devlet kurumlarımızla oluşturulabilecek işbirlikleri ile bu sistemi ülke ekonomisine tam olarak entegre ettiğimizde, ekonominin yeni lokomotifi olacak" diye konuştu. Kolo, regülasyondan sonramarkalı konut üreten firmaların da faizsiz finans sistemine gireceğini ifade etti.
