Building-savings, which are one of the prominent models in the world for the low and middle-income people to purchase a house, also came to Turkey. The Building Savings Association (Yapi Tasarruf Sandiklari Dernegi), established in this context, was officially launched in Istanbul. Serdar Kolo, the architect of similar practices in Turkey such as Finansevim and Vakıfevim and the Founding Chairman of the Building Savings Association (Yapi Tasarruf Sandiklari Dernegi), gave important information about the system in his presentation. Kolo stated that similar ''Evim'' (''My House'') practices previously made in Turkey will also be included in this system. Stating that those who want to purchase houses with the Building-Savings System (YTS) will gain significant advantages in return for their savings for a certain period, Kolo said, "In the system, it will be possible to benefit from low-interest or interest-free options, regardless of market conditions. The system is actually a closed pool financing system that requires the use of low participation rate loans. Although building-savings are like banks in terms of their basic functioning, they are financial institutions independent from banks, operating only for the housing sector. Compared to the market, they can determine interest rates independently and lower than the market since they have a closed pool system.''

Stating that the system, which is very common in Germany, can successfully make people own a house in other parts of the world, Kolo continued his speech as follows: ''Savings banks can be established under the leadership of the state or by organizing individuals who will purchase houses through companies. Today, Germany is one of the countries that use this system. The system in Germany consists of four stages: contract, savings period, recovery of savings, and loan repayment. We will present more detailed information in the upcoming period. We established this association as the first step to effectively follow the practices of the Building Cooperative, Building Savings and Banks, which are practiced in the world, especially in European countries, and to develop cooperation in foreign countries.''

The Building-Savings Association was officially established in Istanbul, the financial center. The Founding Chairman Kolo said that with the new model, which is especially common in Germany, it is possible to own a house with very low interest or interest-free.etmek ve dış ülkelerdeki işbirliklerini geliştirmek için ilk adım olarak kurduk.
